Hello , I bought assassin's creed II on steam when it was on sale. the game unplayable because i got 19-20 fps ( plugged ) but when i unplugged it , i got 35 - 40 fps . very playable when i unplugged it. NB : I played all my games that i bought and has the same problem. Help me please

Hello, I got the internet with 1 mpbs speed and 80 - 90kbps download speed , since i installed leatrix latency fix for my online gaming , my download speed suddenly locked up to 60 - 70kbps. its not comfortable for me , how to restore it ? please help me Thanks Before :) Sorry for my bad english
