I used to review PC games and PC hardware at a newspaper I worked at 10 years ago. Staff wasn't paid extra for the reviews but were allowed to keep those items they did review. We were not allowed to SELL what we kept. I gave most of the PC games away. I still have a bunch of old video cards...
