I don't use VSYNC but I do use Radeon Enhanced sync and I have a freesync monitor too.

Yeah I have horrible fps in some games like Halo MCC... but only in the menus. Very odd. Also Mass Effect Legendary. I think it's an unreal engine issue with the new updates. I know MCC uses UE4 for menus and Mass Effect is UE3. Microsoft said it should have probagated right away (the fix), but...

The new windows updates are still giving me problems. Still not fixed after a month.
