You have a dual core 2.4ghz CPU and a lower end GPU, even for a laptop. You should be happy that BF3 runs at all.

My fault, I thought the 960 was a hexa-core. It's the 980's and above that are the hexa-cores. I agree with WR2.

For optimal performance you may want to look into a i7 960 hexa-core. The 2.0 ghz i7 quad cores may only just be enough. So IMO i7 960 + 6990M, should be around $2200
