Yes mains tested alone (battery is removable), mains is OK. alternative charger tested. battery tested alone. All with pushing power button in for 30s. Tested bios battery removed and put in again. Tested without bios battery, without memory and without harddisk. Still same issue; LED blinking...

Lenovo Thinkpd W541 will not power up, power LED blinks 3 times. Have tried to disconnect CMOS battery, Memory and Harddisk. Still same issue. Any suggestions?
