I fixed it. Every time i want to install 3rd party apps, I have to switch default storage to automatic.

Android can't install 3rd party apps

I can only install apps from the play store. I have unknown sources enabled and I have enough space on both internall (around 1gb free) and my SD which is set to adoptable (Like 25gb free). I have rooted Samsung Galaxy J5(2015 version).
