Thanks for quick answer....problem is that if I tap 3 dots in corner on storage screen I only see usb notice......I am only trying to move an app to show sheet music on screen....or separate sheets to sd....even that doesnt work.....will try the steps you suggested anyway! Many thanks again...

Got problem with sd card in alcatel pixi 3 10 inch...cannot put anything on new sd card....even helpline alcatel doesnt help me in anyway....strange... Removed
