I am going with the ASUS UX51VZ (also known as U500) Zenbook which includes 8GB of RAM. I couldn't find any other notebooks besides Zenbooks with full-HD displays that are recommended as good outdoors even in direct sunlight.

I am looking for a notebook with the best outdoor screen possible and also the highest resolution possible. I also need an SSD (128+ GB) and 8GB RAM, but I am willing to upgrade parts. Price is not a big issue, but I don't want to pay a huge amount of extra money for a rugged computer that looks...
