    When I turn on my Toshiba laptop, I get the leading innovation screen. Then, I get a blue screen with a mouse. What do I do? I have Windows 7.

    So when I turn my Toshiba laptop on, it says windows is loading files. Then, it shows the loading innovation screen. Finally, it goes to a blue screen with the mouse. Nothing happens after this.
