    When one playback tape head does not respond frequencies above 5 or 6 KHz, in spite of azimuth adjustment have yet been done and also demagnetizing, its mandatory to replace it? There is no other way to handle it? AKAI GX-220D

    Although I've tried to adjust the azimuth, the playback head does not respond frequencies above 6 khz. I have already demagnetized it but it still the same way. Has anyone a clue? Must i change the palayback head?
