    seek for a recovery expert in your country, he'll take your hdd drive and recover all the data you need. that's the only way and it's not cheap.

    you reset your laptop 2 times and expect to recover your photos?? I'm not sure about that. search for professional help, there are technicians that recover hard drive datra but they are a bit expensive.
