Hey guys so I'm trying to upgrade my ram on my alien ware (secondary ram under the lid not the keyboard)... and i can see the slots but the clips wont come undone .... !!! i tried pulling it so that the slot pops up and no luck tries pushing the ram clips inwards and no luck ... is there...
