    Try this. Go to your control panel and open up internet options. Click on the advanced tab of the internet options window, then click on "Restore advanced settings" and "Reset".

    This is happening because you are extending your pc's display to your tv. Right click your desktop and click the screen resolution tab. Then, where it say's extend this display, change that to duplicate or show only on your hdtv.
