When you first plug the phone into the computer via USB in the notifications bar at the top when you pull it down will say USB connected Select to copy files to/from your computer click on that then click mount. The phones SD card should show up in My Computer now and/or you should get a autorun...

Why don't you just mount the phone and play the files from your PC?
