i got a similar laptop, with a 2nd gen i7 and a gt540m, i used to play new and taxing games at a mixture of mid/low, less taxing ones like CS:GO and LoL on high, except shadows on low.
i used to play cs:go on my laptop with a gt540m which is the same as the gt630m at native 720p. got a mixture of settings (most at high, only shadows at low cause they pull the fps heavy down) and stayed always above 60fps except on militia cause of the trees. dialed them down to medium-high...

Go for this one, it just bot 4gb of RAM but its 1 stick and you can add a 2nd one later yourself. Would be WAY much faster than the one you mentioned
no, you can expect a 770m around ~15% slower than a desktop 660, i think you can look it up yourself what you can expect

Feedback from a customer at new egg:
This laptop is amazing for the price. Plays all of my games at max settings without hiccups, performs on par with my desktop which also has an A8 APU in it. Ram was easy to install as the entire bottom plastic panel pops off after removing screws allowing...
one question: why do you guys all think a richland based apu matches with an i3, but get destroyed by a i5?
Its true for destops, but keep in mind, a mobile i5 also just has 2 physical cores like the i3, the only difference is turbo boost.
dont go with the intel one, the hd7970m will blow away the gtx 675mx and videocard power is much more needed than cpu power for gaming. also the a10 and the i5 are both 35 watt tdp, so dont worry about this one
