Hands down no. Even if you manage to manually install the software it probably won't even turn on without crashing. iOS 7 on my iPad mini even runs slow. Granted its jailbroken but still. They are limited on what they are allowed to put on from licensing. Most of the time both Hulu and Netflix put on the most recent TV shows a day or two after. Also the channel will usually put the newest broadcasted shows on their website which you can watch for free.
