    upgrading laptop cpu

    Hi there, ´m considering upgrade my laptop´s processor from Celeron B815 to i3-3120M. but not sure about the upgrade cause the mobo only has 1 slot for memory. it´s a X44h from ASUS. so i´m asking for advices. Thanks for your time
