Did, anyway find out the answer? I have a galaxy note 5 and the charging port is broke and wont charge the phone. I lost my dad 3 years ago and all of my pictures of us together are on the phone and I dont know how to get those off of the phone. I am afraid that I am going to lose these pictures...
