I went to this website and downloaded the first link
https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/b450. When I downloaded it and restarted the usb port still shows up as unknown device do I uninstall the device and download it or does it make no difference.
In device manager one of my usb ports shows up as unknown device and says the AMD3.1 roothub driver is missing and I've tried a couple of downloads and none of them seem to get it working again. I just need help finding the right download I'm looking for.
