so i reinstall my laptop to windows 10 and then my laptop keeps restrtung right, and then when i open the laptop its just stuck on the acer logo and whem i hit f2 it says please wait..... and then nothing happens its just stuck on please wait pls help me its been 2 months i havent open my laptop
