Okay so basically MB is short for mega-byte and that is 8 mega-bits put together. When you run a speed test it is showing the mega-bit per second so if you divide 23 mega-bits per second by 8 you get almost 3 mega-bytes per second. Your speed is over 2 MB so you should be fine. Hope this helps! :)
