Try reducing the resolution about 720p just be stuck there or maybe the Intel graphics is running than the Nvidia that's laptop does these days.

Yeah just enable Hidden files and it will just appear the files are hidden i use these when my usb have virus

That is good spec but it is depends if u using Intel HD graphics some laptops can make it 512mb the memory of the onboard GPU which is easy it is the bios just fine the onboard memory here what is the ram that u can increase 32mb to 256mb is 2GB 256mb to 512mb is 4GB 1GB is 8GB it is demanding...
