I don't have a laptop so I can't do that

I accidentally removed my sd card from my tablet, withoUT safely unmounting it first. Now whenever I tried putting it back, it says "Blank sd card: sd card is blank or has an unsupported file system." When I press the mount sd card button, it keeps saying the same thing in my notifications bar...
