No. When you click on "Group videos by name", the only thing that pops up is the area to change to number of characters used to sort as I said above. If you're seeing that option anywhere, please let me know where. It's not in any setting that I can see.

That option is "Group videos by name" and the only thing you can change there is "Number of characters used to group by name". The default is set to 6, but there's nothing else in that setting that you can change. So it really changes nothing about the folder/file groupings.
