    Headphones only play in one ear

    Hi Gavenq Do the headphones do this on all devices or only your laptop? Does the sound only come out of 1 of the internal speakers when you play audio through them?

    Hi Muyak, Can you change the BIOS mode from UEFI to CSM. Cant remember were the option is (advanced?) but that should allow you to disable secure boot and start booting from other devices. Good Luck!

    Corrupted PDF files in Adobe Reader

    Hi Lavpauls, Sounds like a corrupt/unsupported PDF document, does this occur for all documents? If so try re-installing, making sure you download from Adobe directly: https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ Good Luck :)
