I have a Vulcan Windows 8 tablet that I'm looking to sell. But I'm trying to reset it, and I don't think it can be done. I can get it to boot up the Windows 8 repair or the bios startup screens. But I can't do a restore to factory defaults like I can with an Android tablet. I can't update it...
