Though hard to drive, they're amazing, They kind of remind me of the Sony MDRA-1's, except a bit more punchy and sharp (a good sharp) all around, the T50's are crisper sounding and the T60's are a bit more relaxed, personal preference is the T60.
I mean regardless for the price, they're great looking, same build as the 660's atleast.
The T60's I just got though are beautiful, they just sound so clean
They're supposed to be exactly the same as the 660S with a slightly different sound signature, Zeos seems to have a love hate relationship with them for that reason.
I actually just got me some T60RP's and they sound KILLER,
Be aware Anort, any T50 mods will require power, I use the Emotiva A-100 with the modification of removing the resistor for the headphone port and JESUS the power.
So pretty much all my audio runs through my PC, except when I'm out and about. my full audio stuffs:
Headphones:
Audio Technica M50's (not the X) - Not a fan of them
Monoprice M560's - Uncomfy but in open config sound amazing.
Fostex T50RP MK 3 - Efficiency.
So I have a focusrite S2i2 which is...
prime shipped for the X2's £260 in the UK oh yeah! -
Oppo PM3's are a good option, maybe worth looking into. - I'll head over to the thread now and give some input!
Hi Sorry for the slow reply, I kinda asked reddit, but kinda, I decided to run an audio interface and now I need an analogue amp to power the headphones I have (Fostex T50RP mk3). I think the emotiva A-100 is looking like a good headphone amp for me.
