The problem is that if i get more fps on bdo, i can give more dps, that's why i want to unlock the 60 fps. Every game that has v-sync config inside the game i can pass trough the 60fps limit, but Black desert doesn't have this option. I also imput a 125 offset voltage on cpu core and cpu cache...
