    Solved! Toshiba Smart tv optimizing..

    I turned off my TV then right on, and Android is starting window came ( optimizing apps 1 of 70) after optimizing all 70 apps the TV restart itself and start optimizing 1 of 70 all over again. I can't do anything the TV won't respond to the remote control or the buttons HELP ):
