I am personally in favor of digital distribution of uni work. I'm in my 3rd year and most lecturers have there class presentations online for us to read again. if i had the lecture online as well that would be great. not a fan of the apple though but great explanation why they have it set up...

I have to say as a retail in the game market and a consumer that if you were going to download a cracked game or software you most likely weren't going to buy it in the first place. but i mean come on its not like they are trying to sell there game for a tenner its one pound/euro/dollar
