Windows key and P did not solve issue

I have a desktop that I am trying to hook Samsung Tv up to. Tv continues to show No Cable Connected no matter which of 3 hdmi points i put it in. They all work with firestick plugged in though. I have added tv to my pc under printers/devices and it finds no problems to trouble shoot. Not...
