Thanks, I looked at a tutorial on youtube and it does seem rather convoluted just to take off the screen. I'll take it to a shop then :P

My laptop screen has recently broken on me and I would like to fix it, but I was wondering which parts I would need. I've attached pictures of the damage, the screen is working fine at the moment but I'm having difficulty opening and closing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated...
