    my tablet huawei can't turn on

    Its about three days that l cant use my tablet.Huawei T1_701U.its charge was about2percent.so it turned off.i rechared it but it doesnt work anyway.when it complet.. charges its light changes from red to green but thi didnt happen please tell me waht i should do?
