I bought a new MSI GE 70 2PE Apache Pro, and it doesn't perform as I expected plus it has serious fps drops, like dropping from 125 to 20 for 2 seconds or so. It didn't include a SO so I asked my IT friends to get one for me (don't know if that's relevant). It has W7 ultimate, soon to be changed...
