    Razer Kraken Pros

What kind of static? An audio file here would be best. But, plugging an analogue microphone directly into your motherboard is always going to give you static. There's so much electrical activity going on in your computer that at the end of the day, it's almost impossible to shield properly...

geek squad left a disc in my laptop, it is MRI 5.8.1, What is it? how do I use it?

Cut a little bit off the disk and send it back to Geeksquad demanding large amounts of cash, and that you'll continue to send them back little chunks of the disk unless they give in to your demands.

Is this a decent Gaming build for about 1400.00?

Looks pretty decent, if you want to take a look, here's some benchmarks for that graphics chip: http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-770M.88995.0.html Looks like it'll play games at High settings pretty darn well.

    Best realistic sniper game

The best sniping experience you'll get is with the Arma games. There will be absolutely reams of sniping missions available to download, or, you can just create your own mission exactly how you want it.

Use TV as secondary monitor for desktop-based PC -Windows 7-wirelessly

To use WiDi, you need a mobile Intel processor. The desktop Intel processors do not have WiDi on them, I believe you will need to get an adapter in order to use it. Even then, your primary graphics adapter will need to be the Intel HD one in the i7, which, if you've got a meaty graphics card...

    Steam not showing games?

What's your account name? Or even your Steam profile? (You can message them if you don't feel right giving it out on a public forum). Might as well just check, your bought games appear on there.

    mobile version is junk

While on the site, press the "Menu" button (bottom left touch button on the device" and find "Display desktop version of this site" (or something along those lines, different for each browser). Failing that, go into the URL of the page, the URL should be "m.tomshardware.com" which forces it to...

Is it supposed to look like this? o,O

This is probably a good ol' case of poor screen uniformity. If you can, I'd recommend returning it, as that won't really go away (you might get used to it after a while...). But that's only if you can. EDIT - Oh wait, didn't see the second pic, different colours at different places

    Install software microsoft surface

I believe the Surface 2 is coming with Office RT (the rubbish version), and the normal Surface RT is getting (or has already had) Office RT delivered. But the answer is no, it won't work. The Surface RT tablets do not use standard x86 architecture, so you can't run normal programs as you would...

    Unknown PCI device

Have you tried installing drivers directly from Nvidia? On their www.geforce.com site, there's even an "auto-detect" program which should give you the correct drivers, give this a try.

    Best 2.1 speakers

If price isn't an issue, you can't go wrong with a set of Corsair SP2500s. You won't get much better than them, but the price is quite high. There's also the Logitech Z623s, which still offer great sound quality at a cheaper price. All depends how much you want to spend though!

    Laptop Cooling and Gaming Temp

I wouldn't worry, laptop hardware is built to withstand high temperatures due to the closed nature of laptops. The fans will spin up and keep it from getting too hot and being damaged, no need to worry :)

What are some good temperatures for gaming?

Those temperatures look absolutely fine, I wouldn't be worried at all. I know some mobile CPUs can handle all the way up to 100c, due to the closed nature of laptops. Those temps wouldn't be out of place in a desktop, let alone a laptop.

Acer Aspire v3-571G reset and now have terrible fps in games

I presume your model is the one with the Nvidia 630M in? If so, have you downloaded and installed the drivers? Might be a silly question, but yknow...
