    HP laptop screen display won't turn back on after lid is closed but power light is on

    Whenever I close my laptop lid and then open it, the display is completely black and the keyboard will not work even though the power button is on. I have to turn the laptop off and then on again for it to work. Is there anyway I can fix this?
