    No, I haven't installed any memory. I tried to get to safe mode, I press and hold F8, but it always goes to the error. When you buy these laptops now, you don't receive any disks with the software on them. I didn't burn a recovery disk for it. Thanks, Mark

    Hello, I have a Sony that first gave the dreaded green screen with text and would not boot. Now I get the message "The file is possibly corrupt. The file header checksum does not match the computed checksum" Is there a fix for this? Mark Chapman hservant72@gmail.com
