Anyone know if ZTE or huawei makes any good phones that I could use on AT&T in the US?

Ok I think I have narrowed it down to 3. The HTC one, Samsung Galaxy S6 and the LG G4. Anyone have any input on these three?

I like the look of the HTC one but I hear it gets hot. I used to have a Galaxy S but I am not sure how I feel about the glass on front and back now....The oneplus two looks great but I think its too big :(
