Hi everyone. I don't usually ask questions on forums like this but I am at a loss, so here goes. I've been trying to help my friend with an issue regarding his new Acer E1. I guess when he bought it, he downgraded it to windows 7 and for whatever reason decided to upgrade it back to windows 8...
