    Touchpad not recognized in Device Manager

    My touchpad stopped working. I does not appear in device manager. I updated bios, reinstalled touchpad driver..but still nothing Synaptics TouchPad Driver installed yet nothing My laptop is a HP envy14 PLEASE HELP!!!
