    Graphics card good enough

Depends on the resolution. At 1080p, there should be absolutely no problems what so ever. 1440p should also be fine. If you're wanting to play at 4k, then a single 290x won't do it.

    Which do u prefer # 5th gen i5 or 4th gen i7??

[b][i][color=firebrick][size=120]I was thinking desktops, my bad. To OP: It depends on the GPU. If you're using integrated graphics, definitely the 5th Gen i5.

"I AM SORRY!!!" on bottom left of every image

[b][i][color=firebrick][size=120] ^^^^ Probably some sort of virus. If nothing is picked up, a re-install may be necessary. I've never seen a problem like this before, quite a strange one.

What can I play and CPU overclock help.

Multiplayer is much more CPU intensive. So the drops in multiplayer are the CPUs problem. Overclocking should do the trick. That build may be able to run CS:GO relatively well, the game doesn't have high expectations (figuring you like first-person-shooters) although CS:GO is a competitive game...

Not gonna lie, you'll be lucky to run Battlefield 4 well on that. Overclocking will obviously improve frames, but only if you have an adequate cooler. Otherwise, you won't be able to push the chip too far.

    Which GPU should I pick

Galaxy/Galax make some really good products. The GTX 980 Hall of Fame is beautiful. Jus' sayin'.

    Which GPU should I pick

If you could shell out the extra cash I'd go for a GTX 970. If not, the R9 290 or R9 280x are your best bet.
