I was literally in the same shape as you 2 days ago. I updated the PC & that fixed the problem. Contact Microsoft Support, they help a ton. They should get you to Recovery Mode and you'll be able to fix it there, hopefully. All on you though. Good luck.

I would, but since it's a laptop and I have no experience, I'd rather not. I've been contemplating whether or not I should get it to the manufacturer to see what's going on, because this behavior is very abnormal for this type of computer.
