    Do I Need the Antenna If I don't care about live TV?

    That's what I thought but sure do appreciate the verification. I decided to experiment with the antenna before moving forward. I get reception but channels appear & disappear according to the signal strength at certain times of the day.

    Do I Need the Antenna If I don't care about live TV?

    If I cut the cord, and don't care that I have to watch tv shows the next day - setting up with Roku and subscribing to Hulu, Amazon, etc ... do I still need an antenna?
