If you want to spend a little bit more and get the asus g551jm or g771jm. I have the g771jm and I can attest to it's gaming hoursepower. right now and newegg.ca the g771jm is 1200 and at visions electronics it was 1150. the g551jm you can find for even cheaper. If your can't go over 1000 then...

Not too familiar with that price range myself but after some quick research that Aorus for your number 1 choice would be your best bet most likely. As Digitaldoc said editing 4k will eat up power like crazy but if you need it to be a laptop that really does seem like the best option.
