Yes, it leads me nowhere but their driver download page, with drivers that do not work. The program they have to automatically do it is for win 7 and 8 only. I'm running xp

As far as the model number the only thing I see that might resemble it is 2374ysk thats the product ID. That link the driver gives me a bsod
