I recently bought new RAM sticks ( DDR4 PC3200 2x16GB CL16 3200MHz ), but now I see in HWiNFO that my clock speeds are sitting at ~1070 and HWiNFO calls them "DDR4-2133 / PC4-17000" My BIOS also says 2133MHz. I have not indulged in any overclocking. I find it weird that the box claims it is...
