I have speakers ( Realtek High Definition Audio) as speakers and default mic from the headset. They can hear it even if I have it on low volume, I was also thinking it was just sound leak but it's not it

So I'm having this issue when I connect my HyperX Cloud to the front / rear panel. The output sound somehow can be heard by my friends in skype / teamspeak. I have an MSI motherboard with Sound Blaster Cinema 2 , Realtek HD Audio ( latest ). I have no idea on how to fix this as it gets annoying...
