I think I know the answer to your problem, here is what you have to do; 1. Go to your router and unplug it, count to 10 slowly and plug it back in. 2. Restart your pc, sign in and everything and it should be fixed this happens to me quite often too. If I helped please upvote my post! -Carter

This could be caused by a lot of reasons, it could be just worn out, but i highly doubt that. Try clicking on the windows search button and enter task manager and click on that if your disk or anything is almost full remove some programs you dont need. Also check your memory if you need more...

So, I use chrome so i dont really know about firefox but in chrome you can open a new page go to where u type in something in the adress bar, right click and click on edit search engines and remove yahoo. If I helped please give a upvote! -Carter
