    Toshiba A665-S5177 says plugged in but not charging

    Every fix I see says to run the computer without the battery, but mine won't run without the battery installed - it will not boot up without a battery. I tried the ACI uninstall, but I was not able to do it with the battery removed - the battery was installed when I did it.
