i have a lot of programs running on both profiles. how do i transfer my files over to another profile

A while back my LGS stopped displaying when I opened it. I've tried a ton of "solutions" but none of them worked for me. When I open LGS it shows in task manager but doesn't open. I switched to another profile on windows 10 and it works on the profile but it doesn't work on the one I'm currently...
